ABC Express Terms

 

  1. PAYMENTS
    Accepted form of payment is agency check and major credit cards.
    The travel agent is obliged that the credit card slip be signed by the credit card holder. In the event where a payment would be refused, the travel agency shall be liable for the payment. ABC Express Inc will not be responsible  for payment of any chargebacks.
    For check payments please fax the copy of the check to us.

  2. RESERVATIONS
    Reservations are subject to space availability at the time of booking.
    We try to provide current and accurate information, however some errors may occur. We reserve the right to change the fares and conditions at any time without any notice or liability to the user. Please verify with us the net and the rules of the ticket before applying any payments.

  3. CANCELLATION AND CHANGE PENALTIES
    All cancellations and changes are subject to administrative charge plus any applicable airline cancellation charges. All documents and commission recall must be sent to ABC Express Inc. before a refund can be processed.

  4. COMMISSION CHEQUES
    In most cases we will send commission cheques with tickets.

  5. FARES
    All prices are subject to change without notice.

  6. TAXES AND SURCHARGES
    Airport taxes and surcharges are not included in the cost of the net fares.
